By entering this giveaway, participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Promoter
The promoter is S & B Personalised Printing (ABN: 96 482 512 855, “the Promoter”).
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on Monday, 17 February 2025, at 8:00 AM (Brisbane time).
Entries close on Sunday, 16 March, 2025, at 5:00 PM (Brisbane time), unless extended (see Clause 9).
The winner will be announced on Monday, 17 March 2025, via Facebook & Instagram.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
Employees of S & B Personalised Printing and their immediate family members are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

Complete the official entry form (linked in the competition post) with:
Their full name and email address
The nominee’s name
A brief reason (50 words or less) why their nominee deserves the prize
Like & follow the @S & B Personalised Printing Facebook page.
Comment on the competition post and tag at least one friend to help spread kindness.
Note: Submitting the form automatically subscribes entrants to the S & B Personalised Printing mailing list. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive a 7x5 Chromaluxe Print with Stand, including free postage anywhere in Australia.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be chosen based on the most heartfelt nomination, as determined by the Promoter’s panel.
The winner will be notified via Facebook and/or Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the announcement.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.
7. Publicity & Privacy
By entering, participants grant S & B Personalised Printing permission to share their first name, nominee's first name, and nomination story (in part or full) for promotional purposes.
Personal data collected will only be used for administering the giveaway and future marketing communications from the Promoter.
8. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Minimum Entry Requirement & Deadline Extension
This competition aims to receive at least 100 valid entries to proceed as scheduled.
If fewer than 100 valid entries are received by the closing date, the Promoter reserves the right to extend the competition period to allow more entries.
Any extension will be announced via Facebook & Instagram, and all existing entries will remain valid.
